1. About us
Simba Renovations ("we", "us", "our") is a home renovation business based in Kraaifontein, Cape Town, South Africa. We provide kitchen and bathroom renovations, tiling, painting, plastering, built-in cupboards, braai and fireplace builds, flooring and related services.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
3. Quotes and pricing
On-site quotations are provided free of charge and remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the scope, materials and site conditions known at the time. Variations, hidden defects or scope changes may require a revised quote before work continues.
4. Bookings and deposits
Projects are confirmed once the client accepts the quote in writing (WhatsApp, email or SMS) and pays the agreed deposit. The deposit secures your project slot and is used to procure materials.
5. Workmanship
We commit to clean, respectful site practice and quality finishes using materials specified in the quote. Workmanship is guaranteed for a reasonable period as agreed per project. Defects caused by misuse, third-party work or normal wear and tear are excluded.
6. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for granting safe site access, providing water and electricity during the works, removing valuables from work areas, and obtaining any body-corporate or municipal approvals required for the project.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, our liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the value of the work performed under that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
